Our process
We review the original source, assess whether the issue changes the practical conclusion and update the page when warranted. Material corrections are documented in the release notes.
How corrections are handled

What to report
Readers can report inaccurate facts, broken links, unclear wording or content that may overstate evidence through the contact page.
